| Boomtown sent mailers that include free money and state that the free room offer can be used "Through September 28, 2006." However, according to the reservations department, you must check out on the 28th; the offer cannot be used for the night of the 28th, checking out the morning of the 29th. |

Good catch - "Through" is one of those woefully misunderstood terms whose use is more often wrong than write.
Still, I wouldn't mind a free room up until the 28th... |

maybe boomtown and sands is related! all the major hotels that I have stayed in Reno and Vegas would let you stay the night of the 28th (thurs) and check out the next day. I know that you get good hotel rates Sun thru Thurs, including thurs night.  |
