Where is everyone going? anyone know where the best parties and cheapest liquar is going to be?

This is a pretty good summary of what's going on, though I don't know which is best/cheapest etc. A lot of that depends on individual preferences.

4 nights of a big party at the Siena. then watch the fireworks from my room window overlooking the Truckee.
Last year, bad weather cancelled them. Can't believe that I am here two years in a row for New Years.

Everyone have a great weekend and a prosperous New Year throughout 2007.
