I sometimes mainline "Time For Money", even though it enjoys hurting me.
Mostly, it's Bonus Poker Deluxe that gets my money |

Far and away my most favorite game in a Casino is the Hoover. For those of you have never heard of the term "HOOVER" that is the addicts name for a Craps Table. If you get the drift, it can really Suck, and generally does. The damn thing is really fond on one's wallet!

Lobster Mania, by far - I was way hooked on "Rock Lobster" in my formative years, and just getting to hear the refrains of the song while playing keeps me pumping in money, no matter how much food it's taking out of my children's mouths. |

Hard to pass up a Blackjack table. Only machines I play are video-poker. If they ever removed Blackjack, there'd be no reason for me to visit anymore.

Oh, yea. A video poker bartop with a good selection of cold beers. Full pay paytables with a progressive is a real plus.....oh, add in some free live music, and I am in heaven. |

Hold 'em and good video poker. Sometimes blackjack but that's kind of faded since I got into poker.
Any progressive VP can theoretically become full pay if the jackpot gets up high enough. Trouble is, you have to be the one to hit the royal for the math to work out. |

I used to love the sound of money clinking into people's trays, but with the advent of coinless machines, that is basically gone. It would be exciting walking into a casino with all that noise of people winning and being able to hurry to a machine to get in on the action before they win all the money. There was the lines at the change desk, the wandering change people and all that to support the gamblers. It was exciting competing for coins, machines, etc, because it was something that was in demand!!
It is now strange to walk into a coinless casino that does not have table games, and seeing hundreds of people playing quietly, with little emotion.
It has helped cure me of my excitement in casinos. So I guess I am a reformed crack addict, no longer addicted to the excitement that used to surround me.... |

Mine has changed over time. I used to love blackjack and keno, but after working in casinos, I noticed that my 8 numbers NEVER came in, and blackjack, while social, was a slow bleed.
I then discovered video poker and spent many hours at Baldini's Sports Bar (in Reno) playing nickels for the free six pack of sodas that came with 4 OAK's.
I've told the story of how I had my daughter sit me at a video slot machine with a $5 buy-in, so I could finish my Brew Brothers big dog ale, while she instructed me how to play. I didn't know what to look for, didn't care, as the beer was the whole point, when I hit all 5 super cherries wild symbols, playing 10 lines, one nickel on a line, and hit for my only W2g win of $1250.
The penny version is my crack. |

Thus the old joke about the sign in the casino that read "In case of terrorist attack go to our keno lounge. Nobody's ever hit anything there yet." |
