According to an article in the RGJ, Eldorado is introducing an I-phone/I-pad application to inform it's visitors, joining Peppermill which introduced theirs a couple weeks ago. Other casinos are planning to do the same in the future. According to the article the program lets you plan a trip, check entertainment schedules, make reservations, etc., mostly the kinds of things you can currently do on line. Once you get to the casino there's a GPS feature that helps you locate your favorite machine and find a restaurant. No word on whether it helps you find your room after a few too many drinks.

This kind of seems like overkill to me, but the app is free so I guess you can't complain about the price.

i cant download the android app. I have the mytouch 3g, and its not compatible. I run on version 1.6. They are supposed to be upgrading it in the near future. I really want to download the Pep app. You can make retaraunt reservations on it as well.

It also lets you know if your fly is unzipped.

My favorite is the one that tells you the iphone is on - it comes right up when I hit the switch, and it only cost 99 cents!

I think it even "burps babies" but balks at changing the diapers.
