Hello fellow Reno lovers. Hope all of you are staying safe and healthy. I'm really missing Reno right now. And seeing $69 flights from Seattle on Cyber Monday is not helping. Was not able to go at all this year and it will probably be well into next year before I get to Reno again (damn pandemic).

When I was grocery shopping recently I spotted my "go to" wine that I always drink in Reno (it's tradition, you know)! I had to get a bottle in honor of Reno. But it just didn't taste the same drinking it at home vs. being in Reno.

I can't wait for the day when I'm drinking this wine again while enjoying the view and just chillin' in Silver Baron Lounge. I miss you, Reno.

Oh, I could really use a few relaxed hours there.

Me too, BC Dave, me too. I would love some relaxing hours there right now. Those Buffalo Grand slot machines must be collecting dust since I'm not there to play them. Crying or Very sad

This is one of my favorite Silver Legacy photos that I took back in February 2017. I had just come out of the Experience Hendrix show across the street at the Reno Ballroom. I loved the way it was all lit up that night!

Nice SL pic Seahawk! Mine's from 2010. Here's a few more downtown pics from that same trip.

Topsy

Gotta love the Eldo!

Can't forget our old favorite!

While I'm super grateful for the post and the photos...I'm also terribly SAD. I was thinking of the Silver Baron Lounge myself Siren! And those Alaska fares were something, weren't they? And when you're a low roller like me, those $33 rooms at our beloved Legacy are sooooo hard to pass up. My grief is real.
