I am considering getting an AT&T (formerly Cingular) Laptop connect service for my computer. Has anyone here used this service (especially 3G service) in Incline Village or other areas around Lake Tahoe? (I am currently under contract to AT&T for my cell phone service and can get a discount if I use their laptop connect.)
On my November trips to Reno/Tahoe, I have to keep in touch with my office. While I can get dial-up service in Incline, I would much prefer broadband.
Thanks,

Have no idea if the AT&T service will work, but sure would think so
I had no issues at all with my verizon broadband service there last March |

Thanks, Ryder. Unfortunately, I have found that AT&T doesn't always have service where others do. And, there is no "roaming" when it comes to Broadband. Maybe I can call an AT&T office in Incline and check with them.
Thanks again,
