The foot patrol officers were a good deterrent to lowlifes. I'm sorry this has happened.

I have visited Reno from ten to eighteen times a year for the last decade. Reno seemingly has become less safe over the years. Some of my routine procedures have evolved to include extra personal security measures. The loss of the foot patrols will force additional self-preservation measures. I am even considering getting a concealed weapon permit.
